For 20 years at Alorica, I ran the highest-performing site in the company. Not because I had the best technology or the biggest budget. Because I built leaders who knew how to deliver. I closed a $27M annual contract with Accredo by flying to their office and sitting with their team when every other vendor sent a deck. I launched five new client programs from scratch, each one requiring a full operational buildout from staffing plans to quality frameworks to client reporting. I built a 58,000 square foot contact center with 780 seats for a single program win, and I delivered it on time and under budget.

Before Alorica, I managed enterprise accounts at First Data Corporation, working with clients like American Express.
